"MIKE RUDY (and Arty Tarani) from Winters, with support from Andrew Knorr from HL Bowman delivered fantastic, adaptive and charismatic service when replacing our downstairs AC coil and outside condenser unit. They had to deal with tracking down parts delivered to the wrong address which resulted in them staying an extra 1-2 hours to finish the job in one day rather than take another day and us going without air conditioning. They were respectful of the property inside and out. Actual completed work was of course a job well done. Mike and Andrew were kind enough to answer some questions (e.g., “What’s that new detonator looking device with the flashing red light you installed on the wall?”), and in his final act of above-and-beyond customer service Mike was especially generous in offering to cut/trim back a bush that was now too close to the larger condenser unit they installed. Can’t say enough good things about these guys except to say that I hope it’s Mike and company that answer the call the next time we encounter HVAC needs."
