Great company very prompt and professional. I’ve used them a number of times and am always happy with them. Their technician Anthony is the best.

Once again, we received amazing service from Winters and our guy Maury! When our air conditioner suddenly stopped working before an impending heat wave, Maury rearrange the schedule to get to us as soon as possible, diagnosed our issue, got our replacement part, and installed it after hours in order to get us up and running again! We appreciate the amazing customer service even more than we appreciated the cool comfortable home we had during the heat.

Lucas knew his stuff (he was professional); he was able to get to our house in 30 minutes in lieu of the scheduled 30 hours (that qualifies as being on time); though I detect he had to improvise to fix the problem, he was successful the first time (good quality); he wanted my input to the "description" of the problem (responsive); and I received "faster than Amazon 2 hour service" in the middle of a heat wave (good value)!

Thank-you for scheduling a fast appointment in a heat wave the next day; and then being able to improve upon it to the next hour that same day; plus the magic that Lucas performed to get the system working in record time.

Jamie was very communicative and tried to salvage the old central air conditioner but alas ended up needing a whole new system. He was very nice and explained everything. Admitted that they were expensive but I feel they make up for it with great customer service and knowledge of their craft.

Brian and Arturo were both skilled professionals and super nice human beings. It's obvious that they take pride in their work, and we feel lucky that they came out so fast when our AC went down during the recent heat wave. We called on a Tuesday night, another technician (Zane, also awesome) came Wednesday to diagnose the issues, then Brian and Arturo started the full replacement job Thursday and finished on Friday. I have had multiple great experiences with Winters. They just seem to attract good people. Somebody is doing something right in establishing and maintaining the culture at this company.

Winters Home Services provides excellent service on very short notice. My wife and I just moved into our condo when we noticed water dripping from the ceiling of our bathroom. I was able to get a technician to come the next day. Andrew was outstanding! He explained everything that was wrong, and how the problems were caused by the unit above us. He fixed the problem (Six buckets of water in our drain pan) and saved us significant repairs. If you need high quality service on very short notice, look nowhere else but Winters Home Services!

Two technicians came from Winters and solved an A/C problem very quickly. Great service!

Knowledgeable, efficient, and a very likeable guy. He was clever enough to test the system well and uncovered an intermittent problem that he fixed as well. Impressive diagnostic skills. (I am a critical guy). Old compressor eventually failed anyway (the compressor had been infested with mice in the past), and Zane was quite knowledgeable in sorting out replacement options. Offered to replace it this weekend, which surprised me (today is Thursday).

First of all I had a major Central air issue on the hottest 3 days of the year! Winter home services responded right away and came out the same morning within 2 hours, all the rest of the companies I called had a 2 week wait and they fit me right in! Vincent came by today and went through everything with me and going above and beyond, he showed me the different perimeters and what the unit should run at. When it came down to my purchase for a new central air system he walked me thru different options and made an expensive decision comfortable and stress free. I’ll be recommending Winter home services to Al my friends and family could not have asked for an overall better experience!!!

The process was so organized. It was a relief to have the situation handled from start to finish. From the initial call with Jennifer to scheduling and then clear communication with the plumbing technician through complete repairs and installation it was seamless and smooth. I would highly recommend this service and ask for Tony!

James did an excellent job updating me on the possible repairs needed for my garbage disposal and HVAC system. He clearly explained the problem and how to resolve them along with the different repair options and pricing. I appreciated his transparency and being very helpful and polite. I'll definitely call Winters when I have any of these issues again.

Zane was awesome! I called to get help with my central AC on a 95 degree day - Zane was at my place a few hours later ready to go. He diagnosed what was wrong, got my air conditioning to work again and provided suggestions for what else could be done to prevent further problems. He also gave me an electricians number in case I needed it moving forward. Extremely upbeat and helpful, would definitely recommend to anyone in need of AC service. Thanks Zane!

Great company. Great service. Great proffesionals. Very responcive and carring for its customers. Highly recommend to every one. My 11 years old AC unit went belley-up right before big heat wave. I called "Winters Home Services" and they scheduled appointment and sent me James for help the same day, just within two hour time frame. James came on time, analyzed situation, proposed couple solutions and was able to fix my AC unit the same day. I wish I could give Winters Home Services six stars! I’ve been a homeowner for 16 years, and a landlord for five, and I’ve never experienced more attentive, competent plumbing service before in my life. I’m a remote landlord, living on the West Coast. My tenant in Massachusetts contacted me Wednesday afternoon to let me know that the hot water tank was leaking and flooding our shared basement. My usual plumber couldn’t make it out until Friday. Initially, the only reason I went with Winter’s Home Services was that they had good reviews and said could send someone out that afternoon. True to their word, Winter’s had one of their plumbers, Sean Clancy, at the property in a couple of hours—impressive on such short notice. Sean cleared the tank and stopped the leak right away, the called me to discuss options for replacing the tank. Sean answered all my questions patiently, professionally and clearly, and we agreed on an estimate within an hour of his arrival. The equipment supplier was closed by then, otherwise he would have had a new water heating system installed that evening. But Sean showed up promptly at eight the next morning, as agreed, to install a new tankless water heater and an upgraded, code-compliant gas exhaust system. The estimate even included twice-yearly maintenance for the next three years! In less than a day, Winter’s Home Services and Sean Clancy turned what started as a disaster into just one night without hot water. The service was attentive and extremely competent, with proactive, clear communication throughout the entire experience. My tenants and I could not be happier with the results. I will be working with Winter’s Home Services from now on, not only for my plumbing, but also HVAC. These guys are the real deal. I’ve attached before and after pics.

Came to give an estimate for a mini-split. While far from the cheapest, I found Jamie the technician to be very professional, knowledgeable, prompt and a wealth of information.

I had a washer plumbed in into the basement of our recently purchased home. Previously there was no plumbing for this. Chase and the team were on time, communicated what was going on clearly and did a great job installing all of the piping and our washer.

Amazing service from Matt. Very professional, explained every step and option thoroughly. A faucet and shut off valve replacement went as smoothly as possible despite the age of the home. Happy to have the new faucet installed and the peace of mind new — and functional — valves gives. Chatted about other services Winters provides and look forward to future services for our other needs.

Rafael Guzman, the professional technician that Winters sent to work on our problem was VERY good. On time, very competent and highly skilled and experienced, he was able to analyze the problem at hand and devise a solution. In addition to installing a new garbage disposal unit in the sink he thoroughly inspected our heating system and then purchased and installed a new thermostat. He then proceeded to program its electronic controls and showed us how to change them if we need to do so. He was quite accomplished, and if we ever need assistance again we will be requesting him to work on whatever project we may need help with in the future. Mr Guzman is conscientious and responsible. After some difficulty with the installation of a new part, Mr. Guzman analyzed the problem quickly and very responsibly solved the problem. We would definitely seek to have him work with us when needed in the future.

Zane came back after ordering a part he couldn't make it the first day but called toes if he could come the next day. They let me know they were running late and had to reschedule which is so important. My neighbor let them in and Zane installed the part.

Overall he was pleasant to work with and I’m confident he fixed the problem which was a critical need- a clogged kitchen sink drain. I’m a satisfied customer.

Winters has been our go-to for plumbing & HVAC for a little over a year now and they've always been great to work with. Last year we had them install a new tankless combi boiler after our unit's original furnace died, and most recently they installed a new toilet and related parts after the old one started leaking. All of the technicians we've had so far have been great (shout out to Brian and Chase especially!) and showed clear expertise in their field, and I really appreciate how direct and down-to-earth they are when discussing options, while still being friendly and pleasant to work with. If I had to find a negative, I'd say that they do seem to be one of the more expensive options in this field, but I'm fine paying a premium to know the work is being done right and will be backed up if any issues arise.

We called Winters with an unusual issues involving pipes throughout our very old South End home. Technicians quickly identified the issue and effectively resolved the problem. Very professional. We will definitely use them again.

Our service with Maury and Winters Plumbing was prompt, professional, friendly and done in a timely manner. I scheduled a visit for a quote on various items and they were able to qoute and complete the jobs the same day. They also gave us good advice, checked existing plumbing and noted areas that we should monitor We will work with them again when we need any additional plumbing work.

After calling 5-6 other people/companies, Winters was the only group that would respond or come to my house! after the first input call, I received a callback to schedule within a couple hours and someone came to my house the next day! When our heat went out late Fri aft on a frigid day, Winters sent over 4 large space heaters to get us thru the night till Zane could come in the morning. Such a great experience with Winters. Our furnace and water heater both failed at the same time and they were here within an hour with several options to complete the repair. Since our repair was more of an emergency they got us on the schedule the next day and the repair was done within 24 hours of our initial call!! Lifesavers. And so kind and considerate. Winter furnace service

Colin S was on time, friendly, professional. He cleaned my furnace and house humidifier, replaced filters, cleared hoses. The office texted appointment reminders and Colin's ETA the day of.

Chase & Connor were both truly awesome to work with!! Not only did they fix both of our toilets, but Chase even fixed/gave me advice on a basement sewer pipe (a completely unrelated issue, but it was most appreciated nonetheless!) Furthermore, when I noticed a tiny leak on the toilet (about 2 hours after they'd left), I called the dispatcher & was told everyone had gone home for the day. 10 minutes later, they call back to say that Chase & Connor were willing to come back THAT SAME NIGHT (at about 7pm) to get rid of that leak. Overall, 10/10 for them. Will definitely hire again for any future plumbing issues!

Great quality and reliable communication but def a pricey service

Maury O, did a great job! Very professional. He was willing to look at the boiler even though we only scheduled an install of a new gas range. He talked us through what was happening with the boiler, and was able to fix it with a part he had in his truck. It is hard to find really good service people these days, and Winters always delivers.

Anthony was awesome: competent and super-friendly…So friendly that I told my amicable, midwestern husband that he made him look like an old grump lol. Anthony immediately identified that our issue was electrical and not plumbing-related and recommended their awesome, affiliated electrical company who showed up the next day and solved our problem literally within minutes. Would absolutely use this company again, which is saying a lot because around here, we have a lot of very talented plumbers AND electricians to choose from.

Colin was prompt, efficient, and respectful to the surroundings. He explained everything very clearly, including the current state of the boiler and the various maintenance items he performed. Great job!

We have been happy with Winters for our HVAC repair and servicing needs. Both Zane (in the past) and Colin (today) have been wonderful. They take the time to explain what they are doing and why. When they find issues, they explain what needs to be done and how urgently. Winters is a bit pricey, but for they are totally worth it.
