Description
The initial palate sensations are very soft with an excellent balance between tannins and acidity
before being replanted by the Plageoles family
though the wine actually comes from a single vintage
They've all been chosen for their food-friendliness: enough fruit
The tannins are tricky to describe and seem to change shape from gravel to dusty on the finish which is long and shaped like the classic fan
Chateau Camensac (Haut Medoc) 2010 bical The initial palate sensations areBright red ruby. Medicinal aromas of black cherry, cassis and licorice. Classically dry and cool but with good mid palate texture and ripeness. The medicinal quality carries through to the persistent finish but the tannins avoid coming off as dry. Very successful for this estate.
