We cannot get over this piece. With its slinky fabric, halter turtleneck, and high cut flutter shorts, it makes a bold impression. The plunging back of the romper is incredible, featuring a tie able ribbon that one can bow up or leave loose for a sort of cabaret coat tails look. Four silver buttons fasten the halter to the neck. Zipper at the waist. Frankly, we've never seen such
