This HSE very old VSOP rum is aged in Bourbon oak casks and in French oak casks on the beautiful plantation Saint – Etienne in Gros-Morne

The palate has clean citrus and white nectarine flavours with some toasty and biscuity notes

Anselmi Realda 2023 rabigato shitake mushroom and umami100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Fresh berries and ripe fruit, a cedar y nose with gravelly, chalky freshness. The palate adds a lingering savoury edge to the fruit. It is medium bodied and quite elegant with dense, dark fruit flavours, fine, grippy tannins, and a dry, savoury edged finish.
