Constructed of silvered zink, presenting as an oval oak leaf wreath, with central Wehrmacht style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, on top of a crossed bayonet and stick grenade, the reverse with a ball hinge and vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, unmarked, measuring 42. 41 mm (w) x 53. 43 mm (h), weighing 29. 6 grams, in better than very fine condition.
