Constructed of gilded tombak, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse with a monogram of Wilhelm Ernst circumscribed by an inscription of TREUE DIENSTE BEI DER FAHNE, the reverse with a number 12 in Roman numerals, unmarked, measuring 30. 06 mm in diameter, weighing 15. 5 grams (inclusive of ribbon), in extremely
