Constructed of gilded bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of a Cross Patte with pebbled arms, the obverse bearing a central raised Heer style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, the reverse bearing a central raised number 25, unmarked, measuring 39. 85 mm (w) x 44. 96 mm (h), weighing 19. 3 grams, accompanied by its period original wax paper issue
