Maison Varichon & Clerc Blanc de Noirs NV 1888 this is a low yieldingThe base wines are made from mainly Pinot Noir with a small complementary addition of Gamay. Produced by Methode Champenoise and aged on lees 12 months, which is far more than the minimum of 9 months required by law for production of Methode Champenoise wines.
