Crafted from younger Nebbiolo vines with an eye on the past, this red opens with a slight spritz that blows off with some time in the glass. Candied cherry, wild strawberries, orange blossoms, and a touch of spice on the finish make this the perfect candidate for a slight chill, to be enjoyed on hot days with grilled foods, even fish.
