Silver, hallmarked AXG 950 (Adrien Chobillon). The order was created in 1864 by King Norodom I for merit with five classes awarded to civilians and soldiers. In 1896 it also became an order awarded by the French and the recipient had to have entered as a knight. Only officers of the Legion dHonneur could become a commander in this order and
