Fox Creek Tempranillo chateau-mazerolles-benoit and reading it makes itTypically favouring warmer regions, Tempranillo is perfectly suited to the maritime, Mediterranean climate of McLaren Vale where it ripens early and retains great natural acidity. Our Tempranillo is a medium bodied wine which showcases juicy plums and blueberries, framed by herbs, subtle oak and soft plush tannins. Its savoury edge and smooth tannin profile match well with a wide range of foods and is especially enjoyed when paired with savoury dishes
