A 1938 Kreis-Level Trade Competition Victor’s Badge, Bronze Grade, By Gustav Brehmer United Republic of joined together at the bottom(Ehrenzeichen Kreissieger im Reichsberufswettkampf 1938). Constructed of bronze with multi coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of a circular laurel leaf wreath, around a central white enameled disc bearing an inscription of KREISSIEGER 1938 (DISTRICT VICTOR 1938), overlaid by a German national eagle clutching a cogwheel overlaid by an enameled HJ insignia, the reverse with a raised barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch,
