Württemberg, Kingdom. A Silver Merit Medal, C.1910 Buy Now tape peeling away from the(Silbernes Verdienstkreuz). Instituted 2 July 1900 by King Wilhelm II. (1900 1918 issue). Constructed of silver, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of a Cross Patte with ribbed arms, the obverse with a central monogram of King Wilhelm II, the reverse with a central inscription of VERDIENST (MERIT), unmarked, measuring 31. 45 mm (w) x 36. 45 mm (h), weighing 8. 8 grams, in better than very fine condition.
