United Kingdom. A Queen Alexandra's Imperial Military Nursing Service Reserve Cape Badge Auction transferred againIn silver, marked "CARRINGTON & Co. LONDON", maker marked "B. H. J.", marked with an anchor (made in Birmingham), hallmarked with the British lion and date marked "r" (1916) on the reverse, measuring 29 mm (w) x 33. 5 mm (h), edge nicks, bruised, contact marks, court mounted with its original ribbon wrapped around a cardboard support, with navy blue felt backer, better than fine. Footnote: The cape badge was instituted in 1907 and was used until 1950
