(1943 1945 issue). Constructed of gilded silver with enamels, consisting of a Maltese Cross with white enameled arms, with each arm joined through the quadrants by a gilt NSDAP style German national eagle clutching a wreathed with a white enameled centrepiece and gilt mobile swastika, the obverse overlaid by a central gilt sword clasp, the twelve oclock featuring an integral fan
