Giesen Estate Pure Light Merlot 6% Size::1 Bottle Whilst Blush Sauvignon is deliciousWinemaking After harvest the Merlot fruit was batch harvested at perfect ripeness to create a finish that is smooth and satisfying with a lingering note of dark fruit and a touch of oak. Fermented cool in stainless steel tanks to retain purity of fruit flavour and freshness then transferred to oak to build texture. After blending the wine was then gently dealcoholised using our spinning cone technology down to 6% alcohol volume.
