An extremely well preserved Kriegsmarine EM NCOs board cap, constructed of dark blue wool. The cap is fully surrounded by fold down side walls which slope downward toward the front. The interior is fully encompassed by a slate grey rayon liner which is stamped with a white ink size mark of 57, in turn situated above a Reichsbetriebsnummer (RBNr.) of 0 0265 5044 indicating manufacture by Hans Brandt,
