Germany, Luftwaffe. A EM/NCO’s Breast Eagle, First Pattern Republic of which extended to a keen(Luftwaffe Brustadler fr Mannschaften). Constructed of dark grey wool, the obverse bearing a machine embroidered silver grey drop tail style Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika, the reverse retaining a partially intact paper liner, unmarked, measuring 95 mm (w) x 55 mm (h), a first pattern insignia in uniform removed and better than very fine condition.
