A 1727 Grosh Coin Auction in silvered tombac and blackConstructed of copper, the obverse bearing a raised monogram of Empress Catherine I, the reverse bearing a central raised depiction of St. George slaying a dragon, situated above an inscription of (Grosh, for a face value of 2 kopeks) and within a stylized border, measuring 27. 96 mm in diameter, weighing 8. 9 grams, in near extremely fine condition.
