Germany, Third Reich. A Fire Brigade Honor Cross, Ii Class Buy Now 1939 during the North Sea(Reichsfeuerwehr Ehrenzeichen II. Klasse). Instituted 22 June 1936 by Wilhelm Frick. (1936 1945 issue). Constructed of silvered bronze with multi coloured enamels, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse with white enameled arms overlaid by stylized red enameled flames, with a central white enameled disk bearing a black mobile swastika, the arms joined by a banner bearing a raised inscription of FR VERDIENSTE IM FEUER
