Robles Oloroso Montilla-Moriles D.O. 500ml 2020 nocase supported by bright acidityProduced from Pedro Ximnez and vinified according to the same process as sherry, the wines from the region D. O. Montilla Moriles may not call themselves sherry but it is a finely expression of it. The Oloroso shows a rich palette of dried fruits and stone fruits, such as dried apricot, plum and raisins, developing further into notes of mocha and dark chocolate. Overall creamy and full bodied with a long lasting finale.
