Description
In its juvenile stage
This plant was received from Geoff Mansell at Exotica Plants so we're donating $100 of the proceeds to the Southern Poverty Law Center
This is a natural hybrid between Nepenthes robcantleyi and mindanoensis which are reported to grow sympatrically at highland elevations in southeastearn Mindanao
We created Nepenthes ampullaria purple striped (female x #1) from 2 of our most stunning ampullaria that have deep purple pitcher bodies with lime green peristomes striped in purple
compact growth habit and pitcher sturdiness
Nepenthes truncata (d) #6 x harryana-Seed Pod Pinguicula In its juvenile stageEach pod usually contains at least 20 viable seeds. We can't guarantee germination since we have never grown this cross out but we have inspected all pods and they have obviously viable looking embryos. Nepenthes seeds are best sown on a layer of milled sphagnum moss or well leached coco peat above a more traditional Nepenthes mix. They should be kept in a moderately well lit area (50 100 ppfd). The seeds need to be kept wet and humid in the 60 80
