This type of buckle was worn by the Ante Pavelic's Body Guard Regiment (Poglavnikova Tjelesna Bojna, or PTB). This Regiment was made up of carefully selected, well trained and brave Officers and men unquestionably loyal to the Croatian Leader Dr. Pavelic. Rare buckle.
