That said, it's got all the hallmarks of a Tonic Grenache Cherry red, amaro like sweetness, and fine but firm tannic flow through. Ding ding. Tannin is certainly at the forefront of this wine, though kept completely in check with fragrant red fruits, cherries soaked in liqueur and an aromatic dried spice lift. There's an almost hazelnut savoury element to the wine and a
