Constructed of silver, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse with a leftward facing profile of Prince Regent Luitpold, the reverse with an inscription of DEM BESTEN SCHTZEN inside of an oak leaf wreath, the obverse maker marked BRSCH, measuring 34. 57 mm in diameter, weighing 28. 4 grams (inclusive of ribbon), in near extremely fine condition.
