Constructed of gilded silver, consisting of a non serrated blade, plain with the exception of a makers mark of SY & WAGNER, a crown and crescent moon indicating German manufacture, and a silver content number of 800, set into a stylized handle, the obverse bearing a raised Hohenzoller imperial eagle, the reverse bearing a raised monogram of Kaiser Wilhelm II, measuring 20 mm (w) x 222 mm (l), weighing 76. 8 grams, in near
