Vintage Willy Wise "You Make The WISE Choice" T-Shirt Pants This vintage Elton John andWilly Wise is a boxer from Virginia. He fought as an amateur throughout the 1980s going 87 10 before turning pro. Once professional, he went 26 11 and famously upset Julio Csar in their 1999 fight. Wise also won the IBO Champion Belt in 2000. He ultimately retired in 2003.
