A well preserved Gewehr Karabiner 43 rifle ammunition pouch, constructed of multiple panels of pressed blackened leather, consisting of a flattened panel with two individual cells stitched onto the obverse, with each cell topped by a retractable flap descending over the top and stitched with a strap perforated with an eyelet which meets a magnetic metal stud emanating from the lower edge for secure closure,
