I have been working this terroir since 2013, my first vintage. It is a terroir with a singular personality, totally the opposite of the clich of a Pommard. This image of rustic and masculine wines is totally reversed by the elegance and finesse of Clos des Poutures. A light colour that I like to keep. My philosophy is to reveal the terroir and not to go against its personality. This disruptive side
