Everything moved through mix tapes, mail order, and word of mouth, and Dillinger Four thrived in that chaos. Formed in 1994 in the middle of a Minneapolis scene that didnt care about subgenre lines, D4 had it all: sharp humor, singalong hooks, and the kind of urgency that comes from
