The team have been making this wine since 2015, its suitability for a range of cuisines bringing it to an ever increasing audience. The fruit is crushed in a small 2. 5 tonne fermenter, with hand plunging twice daily, over a nine day period. Maturation is in four year old French oak (Italian coopers). Bright
