An ideal growing season of slightly above average temperatures and dry conditions produced outstanding Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Odyssey is created from small parcels of outstanding Cabernet Sauvignon grapes sourced from our oldest terra rossa vineyards and selected for theirrichness and intense flavours.
