Senegal, Republic. A National Order Of The Lion, I Class Grand Cross Star, C.1960 Newly Listed A pair of shoulder boards(Orden Nacional del Len de Senegal). Instituted in 1960. Four piece construction, star insignia in bronze gilt with red and white enamels, mounted to a silvered and gilt bronze circular base with thirty emanating rays, unmarked, measuring 81 mm in diameter, chipping, crazing and repair evident in the white enamels on the star, very fine.
