The fermentation takes place for 3 to 4 weeks in stainless steel barrels at 28 degrees

with the bottom section dipping into sandy alluvial loam

Zesty lime, passionfruit, and guava lifted by floral notes of honeysuckle and orange blossom. A blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling from Marlborough and Waipara, New Zealand, with a light sparkle and a clean, slightly off dry finish.
