Fermentation commenced in stainless steel but some of the Marsanne and Viognier finished fermentation in and was aged in barrel until bottled in early August
before leading into delicious citrus and melon on the palate
The mouthfeel is of savoury roundness threaded with mineral nerve finished with a touch of spice and sweet liquorice root
