Grochau Cellars Willamette Valley Ensemble 2024 torrette With approachable recipesThis blend of Pinot Noir, Gamay, Trousseau, Pinot Gris, and Auxerrois is a crunchy, springtime red. Strawberry fresh, with spring blossoms and Rainier cherries and just a touch of cinnamon. The palate is pure spring, light and fresh, with concentrated berry notes of cherries, cranberries, and orange zest. The finish is bright and snappy and long lasting. This may be the perfect picnic wine, or a great sipper on the deck next to charcuterie.
