Printhie 'MR' Sauvignon Blanc pizzini Reminiscent of toasted almonds andHarvested at peak fruit intensity whilst retain fresh acidity. Fermented in stainless steel tanks with aromatic yeast at lower temperatures (mid teens) then letting the temperature to rise late in ferment to produce some thiol aromatics for complexity. Bottled early for freshness.
