The first letter is printed on an official notepaper from the NSDAP Gau Schlesien administration. It was sent by Kreisausbildungsleiter (District Educational Leader) Hans Pfliegner and is dated to Breslau (present day Wrocaw, southern Poland) on February 21, 1939. The recipient is
