There is no fabric tag however I have been told by the manufacturer that they only make 100% virgin wool capes. There are what appeared to be buttonholes on each side opening however there are no buttons so Im not really sure what those are for. Button front closure. Removable, button on hood. Gently worn with no apparent flaws. Same or next business day shipping
