50’s Black Velvet with Red Feathers Cocktail Hat raccoon collar 31 1/2" from top of1950's black velvet cocktail hat. Base is a black velvet with wired edging and underneath covered placement prongs. Front has 3 little beaded buttons with two long red feathers attached and curved to frame the side of the face. Interior is finished with a gold fabric and a gold lacy trim. No label.
