Heavily decorated with beads, gold plates, rhinestones, and crystals. Ruffled, gathered top. Brass handles with frame and hinges. Satin lined. One interior pocket. Good vintage condition. Last photo shows some beads missing but its hard to tell. No strap but brass frame does have holes where a chain could be added.
