40's Navy Blue Felt Floppy Brim Hat by Dobbs ditzy floral Brand: Backless By Young SmoothieFabric is a soft navy blue felt with a dark grosgrain hatband. Brim is floppy, 3 inches in the front and 1 3 4 inches in the back. Interior is finished with a grosgrain ribbon stamped Bloomingdale's NY, Dobbs Fold Away with the original size tag of 7 1 4. Inner circumference is 22 inches. There are some condition issues. The hatband is slightly faded. The interior ribbon has makeup staining along the front. I have photographed these areas closely.
