It has a circle skirt as opposed to the typical ruffle skirt, and ruffled cap sleeves. The bodice has darts, and at the back has lacing for a perfect fit. The side seam has an invisible zipper. It will fit up to 36" Bust and 27" waist. This item is made by Silversrk in the USA. It ships from our US warehouse.
