The skirt is lightly gathered at the front and back waist seam creating a beautiful flaring skirt with a full 80" bottom sweep
This is still packaged up as it came from the store so I’m not going to take it apart as that will ruin the deadstock value but I can tell you as a large shirt it should be 18” across the shoulders
