60’s Blue Fringe Collar Mod Shift Dress by Edith Flagg sequin pants Very unusual open knot designSuper cute short sleeved deep blue shift dress with an amazing collared neckline. Dress is in good vintage shape there is some pulling at the seams. One of the pulled seams has made a small hole please see photos. The prior owner also mended a small hole on the chest, but did an excellent job so it's not very noticable. Pull over style with back zipper and high neck. Fabric has slight stretch.
