The bodice is blousey with 3 4 sleeve batwing arms and shoulder pads. The skirt is full with a lettuce hem and panels of mini accordion pleats. The chest measures 20 inches under arm to under arm, the waist is 24 to 34 inches and the length is 48 inches shoulder to hem.
