Equipped with just one truck and a steadfast goal, Tim Flynn and Geno Cataldo acquired Winters Company from a prominent Belmont family in 1996. Their goal? To build a business that provides the kind of service they had always expected from others. That was 1996. And now, many years and more than twenty employees later, the company has not only met that goal, but steadily continues to exceed it.
For starters, Tim and Gene had a core belief that with a true customer-service focus, their plumbers could actually be welcomed into a family's home...and then be invited back by delivering on each and every promise.
